The Millbrook Masonic Lodge - Hill City The Masons are a fraternal organization for men of good standing in their community. Men must believe in God to join and go through three degree ceremonies to become a "Master Mason." Master Masons can then be eligible to join Shriners, Scottish Rite and other appendant bodies.
