GCCD Committees

Graham County has been named an E-Community by Network Kansas.

The Leadership Team administers various Business Development Programs thought Network Kansas and the Financial Review Board, administers the E-Community Revolving Loan Fund for "GAP" Financing for business projects.

The Travel & Tourism Committee is working to develop a "Formal" Travel & Tourism Organization for Graham County and serves to promote all of the Attractions, Lodging facilities and Dining opportunities in Graham County for visitors.

The Workforce Development Committee also serves as the "Workforce Board" for Graham County and administers programs and initiatives to assist in the development and retention of the workforce to meet the labor needs of businesses and organizations in Graham County.

The Ag Development Committee is in place to explore the potential for additional agricultural growth among producers, farmers and ranchers in Graham County.  This includes "Value-Added Agriculture" and alternative livestock and crop production.

 The Leadership Development Committee has developed the "Leadership Graham County" program, which will be an Annual program for the citizens and future leaders of Graham County.

The Housing Development Committee seeks to foster both new and the rehabilitation of existing housing in Graham County, to meet the need for various types of housing.

They are also working to develop a "Land Bank" for the purpose of rehabiliation of existing housing.
