Graham County Workforce Board
The Graham Co. Workforce Development Committee established the WORKFORCE BOARD, which has Grant funds available for Businesses to provide Hire-On Bonus funds for those "hard to fill" and necessary Positions. These funds can be used as an incentive for new employees, for relocation expenses and/or training needs.

Neighborhood Revitalization Program (NRP)
This plan is intended to promote the revitalization and development of the County of Graham by stimulating new construction and the rehabilitation, conservation, or redevelopment of the area in order to protect the public health, safety or welfare of the County by offering certain incentives, which includes tax rebates.
