"Hire - On" Bonus Program for Hard to Fill Positions
Graham County Workforce Board
The Graham Co. Workforce Development Committee established the WORKFORCE BOARD, which has Grant funds available for Businesses to provide Hire-On Bonus funds for those "hard to fill" and necessary Positions.
These funds can be used as an incentive for new employees, for relocation expenses and/or training needs.
