Graham County Community Development (GCCD)

GCCD is the lead agency for Community and Business Development in Graham County. 

The GCCD Dept. is a County Department, funded in part by the Graham County Commission, the Cities of Bogue, Morland and Hill City, as well as the Graham County Community Foundation and the Morland Community Foundation, as well as various grant programs, including the Kansas Department of Commerce's "Rural Champions".

Whether you are an existing business looking to expand, or interested in starting a New Business, GCCD is available to assist you with business planning, financing, etc.

Assisting the Cities of Bogue, Hill City and Morland, as well as the unincorporated Communities of Nicodemus, Penokee and St. Peter, with all of their Community development activities is the Mission of the GCCD Dept.

The GCCD has various Committees, all dedicated to the betterment of Graham County.  These include:
